Tickets can be purchased in advance using the Buy Tickets button on your show's page. You can also purchase tickets at the registration desk on the day of the event. Both cash and card payments are accepted at the door.

Simply bring your ticket confirmation email to the registration desk on the day of the show. You can display it on your phone or bring a printed copy. Once your ticket is verified, you'll receive a hand stamp allowing you to enter the event.

Absolutely! Your admission includes unlimited re-entry throughout the day. Just make sure to keep your hand stamp visible, as you'll need it to re-enter the event.

At this time, we do not offer group, bulk, or military discounts on admission tickets.

Yes! Children aged 11 and under receive free admission when accompanied by a paying adult, with one free child admission per paid adult ticket.

Additional children aged 11 and under are just $10 each. Children aged 12 and older require a regular general admission ticket.

For example, one adult attending with two children aged 11 and under would pay just $30 total — $20 for the adult, one child admitted free, and $10 for the additional child.

Guest autographs are not available for purchase online. Autographs can be purchased directly at the show during exhibit hall hours, with both cash and card payments accepted.

Visit the designated Guest Area and join the line for the guest whose autograph you'd like. You can purchase one or multiple autographs directly at their queue. Both cash and card payments are accepted.

Absolutely! You can purchase multiple autographs from the same guest. Each autograph is charged separately, so purchasing five autographs would mean paying for five individual autographs.

Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own items from home for guests to sign. Please note that regular autograph fees still apply.

Yes! Guest photo opportunities can be purchased directly from participating guests in the designated Guest Area during exhibit hall hours. Both cash and card payments are accepted.

Photo-op prices vary from guest to guest. Each guest may have different pricing, so we recommend checking directly with them at the show for their current rates.

Guest photo-ops are priced per photo, not per person. A single photo-op purchase can include up to 2 adults and 4 children, allowing families and small groups to share one photo opportunity.

Guest creators may charge for autographs, and pricing varies from creator to creator. Each creator sets and manages their own autograph prices.

Yes, most guest creators charge for custom sketches. Pricing varies depending on the artist, the size and complexity of the illustration, and the type of artwork requested. Each creator sets and manages their own prices.

Companies such as CGC, CBCS, and JSA often attend our events, offering services such as collectible grading, submissions, and signature authentication. However, participation varies by show. Please check the announcements for your specific event to see which companies have been confirmed.

Cosplay is welcome at PokeKon! However, the safety of our attendees, guests, and staff is our priority.

Convention staff and venue security reserve the right to inspect any cosplay props brought to the event. By attending, attendees consent to these inspections and waive objections to them. Authentic weapons are strictly prohibited and may be confiscated if discovered during an inspection.

The following items are not permitted:

• Real firearms of any kind.
• Metal weapons with exposed points or sharpened edges, including swords, spears, and arrows.
• Metal or wooden baseball bats and clubs.
• Weapons or props that produce flames.
• Airsoft, paintball, BB guns, and pellet weapons.

Venue security has the final authority to determine whether any weapon or prop is permitted inside the event.

PokeKon is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, nationality, national origin, or religion.

Harassment of any kind is not tolerated.

Harassment includes, but is not limited to:

• Discriminatory, degrading, or harassing comments related to someone's identity or personal characteristics.
• Inappropriate adult imagery displayed in public spaces.
• Intimidation, stalking, or unwanted following.
• Harassing photography or recording.
• Repeated disruption of panels, activities, or other events.
• Inappropriate physical contact or unwanted sexual attention.

If you experience harassment, witness someone being harassed, or have any concerns, please notify a member of our show staff immediately.

Anyone asked to stop harassing behaviour or leave the event must comply immediately. Individuals engaging in harassment will, in most circumstances, be removed from the event.

The event schedule, including panels, contests, and other activities, will be posted throughout the venue on the day of the show. You can also find schedule information at the registration desk.

Yes! Guest Q&A panels, other scheduled panels, and cosplay contests are included with your regular show admission at no additional cost.

No! You don't need to register in advance to attend panels, watch contests, or enjoy other scheduled activities.

However, if you'd like to participate in a contest or tournament, separate registration may be required. Registration details will be available at the show.

You can register for video game tournaments at the designated Video Game Area during the show. A separate tournament entry fee applies, and all participants must have a valid show admission hand stamp to enter the tournament.

Registration for the Cosplay Contest is FREE and takes place at the designated Cosplay Registration Desk on the day of the show, between 10:30 AM and 3:00 PM.

Signs throughout the venue will help direct you to the registration area. Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend registering early!

Most vendors and exhibitors accept card payments, but payment options may vary by vendor. We recommend bringing some cash as well, just in case.
